Most orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days with the exception of pre-orders. Pre-orders will ship 1-2 business days after they arrive in stock. Due to shipping variables we cannot guarantee exact ship times for pre-orders we can only estimate a shipping timeframe, We will try to get as best an estimate as possible but outside variables can effect these times.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen it will be the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company to locate there package.
SECTION 1 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship overseas, We will not be responsible for your countries customs fees or any other problems that may come with the delivery locations customs or postal services.
Refunds, Returns & Pre-Orders
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There will be no exchanges for overseas shipped items. We will only offer a refund minus shipping once the item has been received on our end.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or offer 10% refund if you choose. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 20 Highland Ave, Claremont, NH, 03743, United States.(This only applies if we have the item in stock)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return minus the shipping. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FULL PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Zoltar's Arcade, LLC, doing business as Zoltar's Arcade (the “Company”) for the Products (as defined below). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Zoltar's Arcade Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS
You may pre-order Zoltar's Arcade Products, separately or in combination with each other. The Company may also make other Zoltar's Arcade products available for pre-order in its discretion (collectively, the “Products”).
SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
When placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. The Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your Product being shipped by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by editing your order via the link provided in your confirmation email.
SECTION 3 - PAYMENT
You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order. If the Company is unable to commence shipping of a Pre-Order Product on or before the one-year anniversary of your placing the Pre-Order for that Product, the Company shall process a full refund to you. All Pre-Orders are handled through the Shopify Payment platform. Methods of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and others as made available from time to time by the payment gateway provider. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time.The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING
The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Dust II Onyx, LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
SECTION 5 - NO CANCELLATION / REFUND
Once you place your order, your order is final, noncancelable and nonrefundable, except as specified in these terms and the applicable terms of sale.
SECTION 6 - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Company, including in respect of any software included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
